We understand that fast-growing teams and organisations cannot easily justify the expense of a dedicated delivery specialist, so our model is very flexible.
We are open to fractional working and can work by the day or hour. You can engage us for as long or as short as you like. If your costs need to be reined in or value is not being perceived then we just stop or pause.
We are a small community of contract delivery specialists, all expert in a variety of delivery practices, methods, frameworks. We have known each other for a number of years and trust and respect each other.
You will be allocated a named delivery specialist from our pool to work with during the engagement. You will be able to vet the specialist before the engagement commences.
Your assigned specialist will carry out an assessment of your team(s) and their environment. You will be kept informed of any findings and action plans.
We aim to create strong and trusting relationships with a limited number of clients who believe and trust in our experience and ability. You would use our services to complement your existing delivery capabilities, temporarily flexing up and down our involvement as required.

Optimising for delivery of value. Shifted focus to early value delivery for a stagnant team attempting to relaunch a careers site for a growing multi-national restaurant chain. Restored stakeholder trust with regular demos and a site relaunch within months. Candidate applications increased by 15% leading to further investment in the site 12 months later.
Gaining an understanding of the fundamentals of delivery. Made delivery data transparent to a team supporting a Human Capital Management system (Workday) with over 18,000 users. This helped them identify workflow patterns and bottlenecks, allowing them to create more realistic delivery plans with clear goals. The targeted interventions helped create a focus on higher value improvements, leading to more consistent, reliable delivery of value and enhancing overall stability, reducing delivery risk and increasing capability of the domain.
Adapt the delivery practices to fit the context. Coordinated the vendor selection, pilot, and trial phases for a new Learning Management System expected to be used by over 25,000 learners. Focused the project team on problem statements, clear success criteria, and strong feedback loops from the learners. The trial resulted in high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores of 88%. This positively enhanced the leadership team’s confidence in the platform and successfully demonstrated the potential for full implementation.
Experimenting with new methods and techniques. Coached a CMS (Sitecore) platform team in adopting Kanban, introducing disciplined prioritisation, Little’s Law, and flow focus. This led to cycle times being reduced from 8 to 6 days and failed releases per year reduced from 4 to 2 (out of 11), enabling the other teams using the platform to better respond to changes and customer needs.
Progress made transparent. Developed rolling plans with a Data & Analytics team, balancing iterative and continuous delivery from the team with long-term stakeholder needs. Created new dashboards visualising priority, progress, and alignment with business goals. This alignment fostered trust with stakeholders and helped the organisation with their decision-making, leading to a tangible improvement in sentiment towards the delivery team.
